You’ll start with an in-depth Needs Analysis and receive a personalized Action Plan that lays the foundation for your custom program design.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A fully Customized Exercise Program, structured into blocks/phases tailored to your personal goals, with ongoing guidance and support.
A comprehensive Nutrition Plan, including macronutrient targets, meal planning, and supplementation. Special focus is placed on digestive and gut health, with continuous education and individualized guidance.
Biofeedback Tracking and Weekly Check-Ins, where progress is reviewed and feedback is provided.
Program Adjustments based on your consistency, progression, and biofeedback indicators.
Daily Accountability & Support through your preferred communication method (text, DM, etc.).
Exercise Form Feedback & Corrections to ensure proper technique and prevent injury.
Ongoing insights, accountability, and motivation to keep you progressing.
A one-time $150 onboarding fee is due at sign-up for all *NEW* Monthly clients.
